Job Description:This opportunity is for an Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM/FICAM) PMO for a civilian U.S. Government Agency. There are several positions including Senior, Mid and Junior level.
Project Manager – Project Schedules and work breakdown structures, Status Reports, meeting minutes, and other artifacts necessary to support the program. The contractor shall interface with internal and external entities as necessary.
Solution Evaluations - Support the technical and functional evaluation of ICAM products and services from commercial, government, and open source providers. Evaluations shall be done in accordance with the Enterprise Architecture (EA) product evaluation methodology, tailoring as appropriate for ICAM-specific functionality with the outcome being solution recommendations.
Solution Deployment - Support the deployment of ICAM products and services. These products and services include, but are not limited to, identity management systems, access management systems, multi-factor authentication systems, and other products and services.
Identity Management Systems - Support the requirements, design, build, customization, testing (both security and functional), and deployment of an identity management system (IDMS). The IDMS capabilities shall be deployed incrementally and provide provisioning, role management, user self-service, password management, automated workflows, user certification, and risk profiles.
Access Management System - Support the requirements, design, build, customization, testing (both security and functional), and continued deployment and support of a web access management system. The access management system capabilities shall be deployed incrementally and provide user authentication, simplified sign-on (SSO), and authorization.
Operations and Maintenance of Systems – includes the patching and upgrading ofICAM products and services, as well as other applications and services that rely on ICAM services. Support for ICAM Operations shall be provided between 6 a.m. – 8 p.m., Monday - Friday, excluding Federal Holidays)Employment Type: Full-TimeBenefits: Medical Insurance
